Here's another simple stretch that we often do improperly. This is Dr. Bob Donatelli from golfersmd.com, and the stretch is for your hamstrings. Why do I like this video so much? Because he explains not only how to do the stretch, but why we want to do it this way. It's basic Schoolhouse Rock -- "Knowledge is power!"
Seriously, hamstrings cause a lot of back (and swing) problems, so learning to stretch them properly is important. Best of all, you don't have to stand on your head!
