Over at golftipsmag.com I found an article by Susie Corona of the LPGA called Blind Reading. It discusses a tip she picked up from a blind golfer for getting a better feel for the break of your putt. The short description is that you walk backward from the hole for a few feet, but the reasoning behind the tip is what I found so interesting.
It's a short article, and worth a couple of minutes. You'll have to think about it a little to really understand why it would be better than walking forward, but I think it'll be worth your time.
